Finally fulfilling a life dream of theirs, Josh and Katie Sandberg opened up The Paisley Pig Gastropub located in Grand Haven, Michigan. Since the opening, the restaurant has been a big hit in the local area, as well as drawing in foodies that live in neighboring cities.

The dynamic-duo brings in over 40 years of experience in crafting impeccable flavors in each dish they compose. With locally sourced foods and attention to detail in every dish, you’ll find exquisite taste in every bite.

Owner & Manager

Creator of the homey themed restaurant decor, Katie helps with the creation of new dishes and flavors alongside Josh. You can find her checking in on guests as they relish their meals and making sure everything is being run in tip-top shape.

"The Paisley Pig has a very unique theme to match the extraordinary food they serve. My favorite is the Take Me Out to the Ballgame pizza! It has schuler’s cheese, hot dogs, crushed pretzels and honey mustard (since I'm not a mustard fan, I order it without). Crazy sounding pizza right? RIGHT! ...but it's amazingly delicious! If you still have room for dessert, you must try the S’more Dip! Let me just say's chocolatey, gooey goodness!"

This place is one of the greatest additions to the West coast in many years. They offer a diverse menu of not only fresh, but local dishes. I don’t know where to start on my favorite entree, but a must have starter is the Pulled Pork Nachos! There is no doubt we will return, time and time again!"

"Enjoyed my latest visit to the Paisley Pig, one of those few places in the area where they truly have a gift for flavor and quality. So many options ranging from pizza and burgers that are truly special to seafood and ribs so good the meat falls off the bone with your fork and every bite is infused with flavor. Their soups are always good, I had fisherman’s chowder at my last visit, yum! I was honestly tempted to order some to go and may next time."

She was amazing with our 2 kids under the age of 10 and went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed. Fun and professional. You can't teach that kind of service. "In less than a year we've dined in at the Pig over 20 times, for good reason. The EXPERIENCE we have had every single time, whether it's during the busiest time on a Saturday evening or in the middle of the day on a Wednesday, has been CONSISTENTLY high quality. We've always been impressed by the speed of service and the quality of the food.
Their management team is outstanding; at least one person from their management team is ALWAYS present on the floor and interacts with all their guests, no matter the day or time. We've always had extremely attentive service from the servers as well, no hovering at all.
The atmosphere is upbeat, the restaurant is always very clean, and the menu will never disappoint. The truffle fries, BBQ nachos, and the pizzas are all on top of the list. By far the best place to eat on the lakeshore."

"We stopped for lunch and to check it out...So glad we did... I had the grilled cheese which is not your typical grill cheese and the sausage/potato soup... It was amazing. My boyfriend had the roast beef sandwich which had the au jus on the side... That was even better than mine... I can't wait to go back and try EVERYTHING. Oh and the service was upbeat, fun and our waiter was the "best waiter in town" his words... but I think he was! You must go! Portions are great and so many selections of awesomeness…"

We had a burger, ribeye steak, rack of ribs, grilled cheese, pulled pork sandwich, pulled pork nachos and their s'mores dessert. It was all simply excellent. Our waitress was extremely friendly and was very attentive. Definitely going back and soon!"
