With over 40 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry, we (Josh & Katie) know a thing or two about creating masterful dishes that are unique and sensational! Our dishes engage all of your senses to give you a full-body experience every time you visit the Paisley Pig!

Josh and Katie’s love for food and each other blossomed while meeting and working together in the restaurant industry. While doing everything from waiting tables and managing to working as an executive chef, the two fell in love. Twenty years later they are the proud parents of four girls and yet still find time to chase their dream of opening their own restaurant right in the heart of Grand Haven.

Remarkably, Josh is self-taught, and Katie uses her extensive travels to influence their dishes. He and Katie support using local farms to supply many of their products, from meats and sauces to sodas and coffee.
